Price Paid:  $0.00 at La vie Sportive

Summary:
First, this is a great tent for the price. The ventilation is not very good(only in door), but the quality is perfect. I use it in october and i'm surprising that the yellowstone, in damp condition, is not realy better than my old coleman. A good tent for the price, but if you like realy camp april to november...make the choice to another one.

Summary:
Though not cavernous, even for a three man tent, the Yellowstone 3 offers many great features. The setup is as easy as the average tent, with no hassles if done correctly. The water-resistant tub extends higher and the head and feet, the two doors provide the only ventilation. The fly uses an extra pole, and the vestibules are large enough to sleep in. A cool extra feature is a plastic see through window in each vestibule. My only concern was that the fly attached to the tent by four plastic buckles, which may be a problem in heavy winds, though I myself have never been in such conditions. The only other point of concern was that the tent sack was too large, to the tent was not fully packed, requiring me to compress the tent sack using a rope or bungee cords. Lots of guy points to tie down the tent in heavy winds though. The ideal buyer is someone looking for a quality tent used for backpacking or canoeing that doesn't have a vast bank account. The lifetime warranty makes this tent an extra value.
