Summary:

Summary:
This was our 2nd Moss Tent purchase. We have used it for several years and it still performs like new. We woke up one morning to find 3" of wet snow on the tent and weren't aware of it until we exited.

We love the luxury feel of our own private resort with all the windows open in the midst of a lush forest.

The color scheme seemed strange until we used it. Now we know its soothing and cheerful.

The design couldn't be better. We love it!

Summary:
I bought this tent in the last year... And now Im always looking to get out into the outdoors, I consider this tent something like a luxyrious hotel when staying in it...

Ive used this ten in the mountians many times, even in thrunderous rain this tent holds up great...

On one occasion I build my tent in a seemingly dry spot, waking up the next morning found that a river of water was washing under my tent, no problems though this tent stayed dry... with not a drop of water inside...

Im looking forward to doing some snow camping this year, and yes the tent is going to be tested...

Buy the foot print with this tent, I believe that a good tent should last a life time, and mine defanatly will...

Summary:
We have been camping in a Big Dipper for almost ten years now. We have used it in everything except heavy snow and it has never failed to provide excellent shelter. Our tent has been all over the country with us and we have had no failures of any kind. Since we live in the south and do a fair amount of camping here it is important to explain summer camping weather. It is ordinarily in the 90+ degree range in the summer here with about 100% humidity. In that kind of heat we have plenty of room for the 4 of us and some of our gear. We have been very happy with the tent and are now considering another Moss tent...our little ones aren't little anymore and it is a lot of tent for 2 people. Setup is actually pretty easy after the first time. We can usually set it up in about 5-10 minutes.

Summary:
I love this tent. It gives me a great sense of security when I use it. I can leave the tent, come back and all my stuff will be dry. On one occasion, I went to New Hampshire, and pitched the tent. The next morning I was wondering why my tent seemed so small. It had snowed during the night, and my tent had about 2 feet of heavy wet snow on the roof. It had only reduced the height of the tent by about a foot. Trying to get out of the tent had required serious digging. Once I did get out, it was like I had to go down into the tent. It was a blast. Taking down the tent the next day wasn't much fun, the temperature had dropped alot.
