Summary:
I am a boy scout counsellor and I had a lot of camping experiments with tents. I bought a Laser last year and have found it to be very easy to assemble. The speed factor is such that I can do it in less thant 5 minutes. This permits me to help the kids and supervise the activities of installing camp. One of the drawbacks of the tent is that counsellors cannot have meetings in it. The roll up fly of the smaller size can be a pain but the zipper in the rear window lets one roll it down without getting out. I have use this tent quite a few times. Another advantage is that I can bring it as a spare tent if there is to much people in the bigger tents.

Customer Service:
I never had any experience with the manufacturer's customer service but the tent has a lifetime warranty
