Paddler
Price Paid:
$350.00
at REI Summary: I have had this tent for 10 years. It was still standing after a tornado took out all the other tents and some roofs off of building. Never leaked never failed me. It went to Nepal and all over the Pacific Northwest. Only thing it takes time to figure out the set up. I got so used to it I can set it up in the dark. Best tent I ever owned.

Car Camper
Price Paid:
$0.00 Summary: Yep, same old story. I was given a Quest Viper in pretty good shape but no instructions. Putting on the fly is the puzzler. I don't really have a vestibule the way I did it. Any help out there? Also, I could use a pole or two if available.

Car Camper
Price Paid:
$350.00
at Trekker Mountain Spo Summary: This is about a Quest tent I bought 10 YEARS AGO and still have! It was advertised to nail into rock and hold you if you rolled in the night. I have camped in this tent over 400 times and it is as strong today as the day I bought it. I have weathered (mostly on the beach) winds and horizontal rain up to 45-50 mph with no problem. Once my friend's tent came down during a rough storm so we moved into mine for hours till it passed. A+++ recomended

Day Hiker
Price Paid:
$199.00
at Sierra Trading Post Summary: I am about 5'11' and this tent is perfect for me and one other person. I have had my Viper for about 6 years now and do mostly car camping with a few day hikes and absolutely love the tent. It is super easy to setup and has plenty of room for 2 and gear(especially with fly on. Been in rain and wind and it held up like a champ. Easy to setup. Customer Service: Customer service is non-existant since they no longer make this tent or any Quest tents for that matter. Similar Products Used: Quest sundancer, Kelty, North Face
