$0.00 Summary: I really like the design and enjoyed using it when I first took it out for three days on a backpack trip. It not only works as a great inline drinking filter (the flow rate is excellent), but you can also pop the bite mouthpiece off and use it as a gravity filter in camp.
However, I found that the 40 oz. size is too small and plan on going to a larger-capacity bladder. In addition, it's difficult to fill up the bladder in the water source, so I brought along an empty container and poured the water in with that.
I'm a bit concerned about using this filter in below-freezing weather, but since I have no plans to hike in the winter, this should be fine.
It's worth buying, but get the larger-capacity bladder. Happy trails :) Customer Service: Apparently it's non-existent. I called Safe Water with a question and left a message before I purchased it. No answer. So I e-mailed them. No answer. I'm sure glad their product is better than their a Similar Products Used: MSR MiniWorks
