Summary: Great pair of crampons. They have held up well in the snow and ice. They haven't bent during some brief periods of mixed climbing. They New matic system seems like a great idea, they are easy to put on and hold tight to the boot and I don't have to worry about them popping off. They have a slight flex to them which makes walking in them relatively comfortable.

Summary: Great all-around crampons just like Grivel intended. Been using this pair for about 3 years and never one bit of trouble. The heel bail and front strap combination makes putting them on and taking them off a breeze compared to full strap on crampons but with the added security they won't fly off like full step-ins. Very sturdy design wether on snow, ice, or rock.
