Summary:
These are excellent camming devices. I own or have used all sizes of Wired Bliss, Metolius, and Trango TCUs and have come to rely on the Wired Bliss units. Their superior craftsmanship and materials should be noted if you are shopping for TCUs. Unlike Metolius, WB has chosen to stick with the more ductile 6000 series aluminum which results in better holding power. These are the strongest TCUs available. Other noteworthy features include transparent plastic covering where the sling attaches which facilitates easy inspection of this crucial area (unlike metolius).

Customer Service:
Wired Bliss is a small, personal company. They are very easy to deal with. If you call, the owner will likely answer. WB units are made by dirt bag climbers for dirt bag climbers. I highly recommend them.
