Summary:
Pretty over-rated paddle I'd say. Heavy for its price. The blade chipped easily. It was an acceptable paddle for occasional touring. After a while using this paddle and trying other peoples', I was quickly looking to upgrade. The best paddle I've ever tried was the Toksook; but it was a bit too expensive for me at this point. I've tried a bunch of others and have settled on a Swift 'Mid Swift'. [Note: this is in reference to the fiberglass model. There is also a carbon fiber version which I've never tried.]

Customer Service:
can't speak to it

Similar Products Used:
Swift: Mid Swift, Wind Swift, Sea Swift. Whetstone: Mako, Bonito. All of these much better price/performance than this Werner.
