After many years of moderate use, the neoprene finally gave out. Not just the straps, but the platform of both shoes have cracked and split open. This is after 15 years. I've heard that the company has great customer service, and will replace the neoprene for free. These are such good, comfortable, and useful snowshoes that it's worth sending them off for repair. Highly recommended.
