I agree that capilene is pricey, but I have owned 2 of these shirts (lost the first one so I had to get another) and they are great! There was virtually no retention of odor after wearing the thing for 3-4 days straight. I think some of you guys must have super BO or something. I have washed it out in creeks and airdried and it is practically like washed. The static cling is pretty annoying, but these shirts are great for warm and cool weather, which is their best asset, besides being really comfy. Customer Service:

I used 2 of these while walking the GR20 in corsica, and one on Offa's Dyke in the UK. They are comfortable, seem to stop sunburn, and do dry quickly. My only problem is after a heavy day they STINK!
As I try to go for lightweight, I choose to wear one and wash the other, but even after washing (whilst still out on the hill) they retain odour. If you'll be meeting other people, consider taking a deodorising soap/shampoo/whatever....
Overall though a decent piece of kit - mine often visit work and the pub too :o) Customer Service:
I have 2 sw tops, 1 lw top, 2 mw tops and the sw boxers (SUPERB, BTW). Never needed any form of service - the silkweight is surprisingly tough. Similar Products Used:

I love this T-shirt ! I have bought 3 of them and I'm planning to buy some other more. it is very light, it dries in a couple of minutes and even when it is really wet you don't feel it on the skin.
