Summary:
The finest jacket I've ever owned. Living in the Sierras, it is used daily. With the price so low, no guilt justification needed. PERFECT FOR CLIMBING, MOUNTAINEERING AND EVEN MIXED AND ICE CLIMBING. You won't ever be sorry, unless you buy some other product.

Price Paid:  $230.00 at Hudson Trail Outfitt

Summary:
A great jacket. Fit, finish, workmanship, preformance is tops. Selected this shell over ones from Patagonia, Marmont, North Face, Mountain Hardware, Cloudviel, all are outstanding. But Theta LT was my choice, and glade I did. Just a great shell. At well over $400 list a lot of $$, but at $230...wow! Hood fits great, needs a d-ring for skiing lift tickets and gloves.

Customer Service:
No idea

Price Paid:  $180.00 at LaCordee

Summary:
After using several ArcTeryx backpacks and being very satisfied, I decided to replace my old Mountain Hardware Gore-Tex by this ArcTeryx model. I was very impressed by its construction and by all the detailed they've put into it. I've used it ine deap power skiing and for wet weather backpacking and it did the job as well as it looked. Overall very satisfied.

Customer Service:
Never had to use it.

Price Paid:  $300.00 at Travel Country Outdo

Summary:
This jacket is absolutely awesome!! Everything about it is perfect. It hasn't rained around here lately, and I couldn't wait to try it out, so I took it into the shower. It's amazing how the water beads up and rolls right off. I turned the water down as cold as it would go, and I wasn't even chilled. The hood is the best I've tried; you can move your head all around and it will stay where it's supposed to. The jacket's freedom of movement is great. I'm not sure what Arc'Teryx means when it says that the jacket has "Dry Cuff Technology." My cuffs seal water out better than most, but they're still not perfect. My only complaint is that I wish the hood brim could be longer. It's not quite long enough to cover my glasses in a drizzle. These are minor flaws however, compared to the overall quality of the jacket. If you are thinking of spending a lot of time in the outdoors, this is THE jacket to get. I would have paid full price for it. If you're looking for something a little lighter, I hear Arc'Teryx is coming out with an ultralight Gore-Tex jacket in the winter. Keep your eye on this company. It is one of the best manufacturers of 3 layer waterproof jackets around.

Customer Service:
Have not needed it yet.

Red Ledge Thunderlight Jacket. (Absolutely no comparison between this and the Theta LT. The fact that it's unlined means that when it rains, any bare skin is going to get very cold).
