Summary: I purchased the parka while on vacation in California.I have had over 50 people try and suggest ways to re-pack the hood when not in use, so that is has an acceptable appearance. As of yet, no one has come up with a suitable fix. Can anyone help? Its a long way back to California to return it. Does Icicle Creek retail in Canada ?
