Summary:
WOnderful. I am a new skier and get cold very quick. This means I spend time falling. I put this product to the test. After 25+ times skiing, this product still is like brand new. Reliable in the cold, durable and able to take a beating and still want more. I will always buy Jagged Edge Mountain Gear.

Customer Service:
I have been very impressed with their knowledge. The staff was informative, friendly and seemed to actually care that I purchased the right products to go along with it.

Price Paid:  $90.00 at rei-outlet.com

Summary:
These bibs are great. I purchased them on REI's oulet website for 1/3 of what I feel they are actually worth. The Dermizax is a 3 layer material that requires no liner. It is way softer than 3 layer Gore Tex. Taping is clean and supple and, so far, very durable. I haven't had the need to test the waterproof nature, except sitting in slushy Wisconsin snow buckling straps. No wet butt. The wind barrier is great, and yet there are absolutely no condensation problems. One exceptional feature by Jagged Edge is short sizing. I get pissed when I try to buy a $150.00 pair of pants and they are too long, and very difficult to shorten. Thank you, Jagged Edge!

Customer Service:
No need to find out as construction appears bombfroof. They are a small-to-medium company in Colorado. I suspect they stand strong behind their products.
