Price Paid:  $39.00 at Nike Outlet

Summary:
Ran Chicago Marathon in this pair of shoes. These have the perfect amount of cushon in the heel and lack a little in the forefoot. Not a spongy feel but not too firm. A smooth quick ride. This shoe is of course a closeout which Nike is famous for. If you can find this shoe in the outlets, it is an incredible bargain and a great running shoe. Not terribly stable and the shoe runs at least 1/2 smaller than your normal street size so buy accordingly. Nike did not replace this shoe but they recommend the Air Span Triax as a close replacement...don't buy the Air Span due to the spongy feeling in it. The spongy ride will make your legs tired quick on a long run.
