Summary:
I have to agree, these shoes rock! However, the one fault I've found with them is the lack of a gussetted tongue. The small rocks of volcanic Washington peaks love to work their way down into the shoe, and not even the best gaiters can fully prevent this. They have survived 400 miles of rough trail on the PCT last summer, and still look fairly new, and the soles are still going strong! So if you can surmount the pebble issue, definitely pick up a pair of these.

no experience as yet

Price Paid:  $0.00

Summary:
The best quality trail shoe I've ever used! Nothing else can touch these shoes. The sole wears like iron and they don't fill up with mud on wet trails. Great stability, support and protection from stone bruises. Light weight and they dry fast.

Customer Service:
Never needed.

Price Paid:  $80.00 at Cumberland Transit

Summary:
Wow, I am a big guy, and these shoes just hug my feet and feel so comfy. I usually tear through shoes at the rate of one pair for every 3-4 months, but I have had these since August(9 months)and they have not complained yet. The soles are still in unbelievably good shape, and the only areas showing true wear are the mesh ventilation holes(frays started when they got caught on some thorns) and in the heel pocket which is mostly just do to my slipping them on and off without untying them. They just feel like slippers on my feet, but still protect my soles like boots. I am definately going to buy from Montrail again.

Customer Service:
Haven't had to use them yet, and doubt I ever will

The best trail, I've owned to date! Very stable(I weigh 230pds), great traction and very water resistant. I've covered short to long distances in these shoes. These are still one of the best on market. Have also used for mountain biking!

Customer Service:
Have not had to use them, no problems as of yet.
