Summary:
A great lightweight shoe for trail running. Most decidedly not for someone with weak ankles. But if you have strong feet and ankles, you are going to be hard pressed to beat these for comfort. Super lightweight shoe with great traction for the trail. But be comfortable with using a lightweight shoe first.

I love the Nike Free shoes for everyday use and for running, but the traction is somewhat lacking for trail running. A little too slippery. The humara fit the bill nicely.

Summary:
Incredible shoe, The guy who rolled his ankle 5 times, one word. IDIOT. Great traction, breathable, nice arch support, great cushioning. It's a low-cut running shoe what what was he running on golfballs. Highly recomend this shoe, if you can find a pair.
