Summary:
This review is for the Raid Race II. I bought these shoes to be used as lightweight approach shoes to replace my 5.10 Mountain Masters. I used the Raid Races on a trip to Mt. Robson and they did well. With 50 pound pack, over 5 days and a tick over 40 miles, and over rough terrain (lots of elevation change, glacial moraines, talus fields, wet, muddy rock) my feet and knees never hurt. completely blister free. Shoes have excellent torsional rigidity. I added green Superfeet to provide more foot support w/ heavy loads, so I cannot say how the shoes do w/ stock insoles. Shoes had plenty of grip on wet, gooey stuff, and showed no excessive wear after 5days of abuse from sharp, abrassive rocks. I worried, initially, about how the quick kevlar laces would hold up and how secure they would remain over long days, but they provided to problems. Laces stayed secure at all times.

Customer Service:
I wouldn't know.

Summary:
the shoes are great... the only downside to this is that when you encounter a pool of water, river, stream... water can come in easily from the top of the shoes... anyway, traction and stability wise, its perfect!!!
