Summary: Within the warranty period the console quit working.A warranty replacement was sent which I installed. Later belt adjustment piece broke which I puchased online and installed. Now the console has failed again and to my surprise the part in no longer available. Now I have a treadmill which is a piece of junk.I am very disappointed with lack of product support.I think Nordic track is riding on once what was a good quality product. I am convinced that is no longer the case.

Summary: Nordictrack Elliptical
The machine is fine, the customer service of the company is beyond poor. It is clear to me that no one below the top is empowered to make any decisions and those at the top do not care about their customers.
Customer Service: I needed to replace one piece of my elliptical because of a poorly constructed plastic shroud on my Nordictrack elliptical. I ordered the part I was missing off of THEIR chart. It was the incorrect part. They forced me to pay a 10% restocking charge and the shipping to return the part and for the new part. The customer service agent was rude and out of line. At one point he threatened to hang up on me. His name was Terry - agent 152. When I told him I was going to give him a poor review on epinions, he told me no one read those sites anyway. I would NEVER order from the Nordictrack website again.

Summary: I found this treadmill to be perfect for a large person. The motor handled much better than others. It can support up to 300 lbs. The treadmill gives me the ability to change my workout with ifit technology.
Customer Service: Have had for quite some time and never had to contact customer service. Treadmill seems to be able to take a pounding. Of course, it does weigh about 250 lbs so trying to get it up a flight of stairs is complicated enough!
