Summary:
nice boot overall, great support and the studded aquastealth has the best grip of any boot i have ever owned

problem - the ankle support section separated frm the sole after essentially one good season. simms was only able to compensate with a $40.00 credit. this seemed a bit low, but most companies wont give you anything 2 years after you purchased a product.

nice boots, but unless you are a die hard, 15 days or more a month wader, you could probably get by with something less expensive.

Customer Service:
simms has always been polite and willing to meet my needs.
fixed my waders for free outside of the 1 year warranty.

Summary:
Decent boot once you get it wet.. After the first couple of uses when it drys out.. It is almost impossible to put on.. I have to go down to the lake/stream and let them soak so I can get them on..

I would not recommend this boot to anyone..

Summary:
The Simms Guide Studded Felt boots are the best wading boots I have ever used! Great traction with these boots! It is very important when you fish a lot of swift rivers. They are well build and are comfortable.

Customer Service:
Used them for my waders and they where great. I assume they would be the same for the boots

Summary:
Best boot I ever owned. If support is what you want, look no further. The boot is heavy but one would expect so when purchasing a rugged duty boot. I've tried lightweighs and medium duty boots but they offered no real support and did not last any time at all.

Customer Service:
Have not had need of the customer service department except to order a replacement foam patch for my Simms Guide Vest. (the other patch finally wore out. Customer service rep was very friendly and got new patches to me in short order.

Summary:
i would recommend this product (and have) to anyone interested in a supportive boot. if you're interested in a sneaker or hiking type format, then there are others more suitable for you, but if you want a rugged and supportive boot that offers real protection for the ankles, and can help you keep stable in fast water, then this product can't be beaten.

Customer Service:
not needed
