Strength:

Extremely well made with all the features one needs in a good tube. It is very light weight, making the pack in a breeze. It is very maneuverable and I find I can cut through winds that forced me to the bank in my old U-Boat.

Weakness:

None.

An excellent float tube. I believe it to be the best value of any piece of fishing equipment I've ever purchased. It has made my lake fishing much more enjoyable. I also use it on streams and rivers although I would not recommend this practice.

Customer Service

Immediate, and they offered to replace an item free of charge that I screwed up.

Strength:

-sits a little higher on the water than traditional donut tube. -cuts thru small waves fairly well. -excellant valve design. -ample pockets,handles,d-rings. -open front does not ''collapse''; easy entry/exit and access to netted fish. -very light. -comfortable seat.

Weakness:

-air pressure affected by contact with cold water (considering carrying portable bike pump to ''top off'' after water contact) This doesn''t seem to be a major issue if the tube is inflated properly prior to contact with the water.

Would recommend. I''ve only used it a few days on the water but so far I have no regrets in getting this tube. I can''t really think of any design improvements (other than some soft of ''pop up'' pressure gauge) and the price, while not at the low end, was justified in the product quality and performance.

Customer Service

Haven''t needed yet. Prior to purchase, an tech question submitted by email was promptly answered by the company owner himself!
