Mountaineer Summary:
after my old reel broke i ordered a beautiful, golden, islander IR3. It took well over two months to receive it. I would have to wait until spring to use it. I ordered a second spool in the meantime. Alas, spring had arrived and I chose to go far to fish a lake with early hatches. The new spool flew off the reel on the first cast and went to the bottom of the lake. These are very costly reels and I was on a very costly trip and was not able to fish with the faulty product. Strike two Islander!

Have not had problems with reels. General correspondence is better than most. Similar Products Used:
