Absolutely the best vise being produced today. I tie production, as well as for pleasure and couldn't live without this vise. Rock solid construction. It is a well conceived tool. Everything locks down, so there's no readjusting handles, heads, and other parts every fifteen minutes. Worth every penny. Customer Service:

A great rotary vise with an exceptional hook holding power on larger hooks. The grooved jaws lock forward, so hook-slippage is practically eliminated. The metalwork on the vise and the smooth rotation is eminent craftsmanship. With the barracuda you get a vise that’ll last you a lifetime, at least I hope it’ll, because in the two-three years I have been using it, I have become very fond of it! All this said you could get a vise that does most of the things that the barracuda does to a much lower price. But my experience is, that you’ll wear it up in a couple of years if you are an enthusiast that tie more then about 1000 flies a year. But if you only tie in the around 25 flies a year you might be better of spending your money on something else. Customer Service:
