Day Hiker Summary:
I bought this vise a long time ago and it has always been my go to vise whenever Im tying streamers, love the hook grip, the 360 true rotation and the fact its so easy to operate while tying. The extention bar is also a bonus!! Will hold ant hook easily Ive tied some 6/0 with no problems. Customer Service:

Backpacker Summary:
Very cool& versatile, but most important it will hold every hook I put in it, with no play what so ever, from 32's on up to salt water hooks. I had a regal & dynaking barrucuda , even they did not hold certain coated hooks that this patriot vise holds consistently. don't get me wrong dynaking craftsmenship is second to none , but for holding every single hook that can find , this griffin blows my mind! Great Product, like to ability to adjust the head up/down while still being able to rotate the fly. Renzetti Master can do it but you Pay for it. Hook holding power and the ability to hold large hook sizes.
Most Vises in this price range can only rotate the fly and if that. Customer Service:
