Summary:
I bought this pedometer to keep track of my total steps during the day. I am not impressed with the accuracy of its step counting, which affects the accuracy of the distance and calories burned calculations. The pulse feature seems to work okay. The clip is difficult to use. I would prefer a hand clip on a spring. Also it would be nice to have an on-off button to conserve battery.

Customer Service:
I called customer service to complain and didn't get much help or support.
