Kelty Light Year Sleeping Bags

Kelty Light Year Sleeping Bags

DESCRIPTION

25 Degree Down
Kelty Light Year 25 sleeping bag is the perfect bag for lightweight trips from May to October. This bag is so light weight and compact that it stuffs down smaller than a 2 liter soda bottle! Kelty combined a half-length side zipper with a 13" zipper in the toe box to save weight without decreasing the bags ventilation.

For the price, this bag can't be beat. Way light (2lbs) and packs to about the size of a loaf of bread. I hike in the Wind River Mountains in Wyoming and nights can get cold. I sleep better in the buff but found with this bag, I need my old (very old) Lifa long johns. On a hike last year, it snowed on us and I stayed toasty warm in this bag. This year there was frost on our tents two mornings and again I stayed toasty warm. No frills bag and, again, for the price, cant be beat.
