Awesome bag. Use as my winter bag in the Sierra's and Cascades. Never cold down to near zero degrees F. My only grip is the use of velcro (right side zip) top of zipper that scratches my face when not secured. Best bags on the market.

Customer Service

Excellent. Always answer my questions about their prodects in timely manner.

Excellent quality bag and well worth the $$. The bag is rated for -10F, but I''ve used it down to -20F and still kept warm. The Super Micro Fiber shell tends to feel damp after being exposed to condensation, but the moisture never reaches the down fill. I''d definitely purchase another Western Mountaineering bag.
