Car Camper Summary: I have had this tent for 3 years. I love the tent except for ONE thing. The rain fly "visor" polls are worthless. I have not had a set that has lasted more than a few months. One must make the rainfly taught on the ends and this tends to snap these cheap visor poles. Coleman will apologize and ship replacements free! My advice is to stock up!

Car Camper Summary: Nice tent. Did a practice set up in my living room first and had no problem setting it up in the field. On the second day the shock poles that support the "visor" portion of the rainfly over the door snapped. A day later the identical ones snapped supporting the rainfly over the rear window. Those poles are significantly thinner than the ones supporting the tent. I'm looking for replacement poles now from another manufacturer. Coleman does not list them as available on their website. All in all, a nice tent, but the rainfly poles are its downfall.

Car Camper Summary: My sister and I put this tent up for the first time in the dark in Yosemite, while it was raining. I felt that though it was slightly confusing, that was more my fault for not practicing in my dry living room. Under the circumstances, I think this tent overall is a great tent for car camping. It would have been more difficult if it wasn't for the good craftsmanship and understandable floorplan of the tent. It has interior pockets and I will use it alot but would recommend it as a 3 person tent. Happy camping! Oh, p.s. It rained all night, and not a leak!

Day Hiker Summary: So far it has been a good buy. Have not had a chance to test its ability to keep me dry. Good stability in windy conditions. Good airflow when not using the rainfly, small to medium airflow when using it. Mesh pockets and gear loops are a nice touch. The one at the peak is perfect for hanging a small light. Setup instructions sewn right to tent bag. Slightly confusing instructions, but after setting it up a couple times, you wont need the instructions anymore.
I like the tent. Customer Service: Havent needed it yet. Similar Products Used: none.

Day Hiker Summary: I've been in the Military for 10yrs, put up all sorts of tents, and I could not figure out how to put this ridiculous contraption up...the directions are completly inadequate, i'd rather sleep in the open during a freaking blizzard than try to put this thing together again...100bucks worth of "tent" just went in the Dumpster
