    Summary:
I bought it after a good review of a similar McKenzie in Backpacker. It seems to work, BUT it's very hard to squeeze any decent amount of water out of it. Basically, bottle has to be full. If it's less than 3/4, nothing will flow out. I must either work on my grip or get another filter.

    Summary:
Great little filter for day hiking, when you don't need to cook or clean with water. Beat the heck out of packing full water bottles in. The flow is a little slow, but it is sufficient. The capacity leaves something to be desired, but if you go where there is plenty of water (i.e. fishing) that is not a problem. I would buy it again and I suspect on a longer backpacking trip, this would be a handy emergency back up that could also be used when away from base camp.

    Summary:
This is a great little filter for a great price. It has saved my butt quite a few times. I have recently upgraded to an MSR Mini Works Filter which is considerably better, but I would reccomend the Onrico to anyone who spends any time in the backcountry.

    Customer Service:
I have used it so much the top pops off when I try to use it so I am about to find out about the customer service.

    Summary:
I recently purchased this filter so I can have plenty of clean water when I am out flyfishing, or hiking. It was always a pain to carry in water....it was heavy and got hot quickly. Now I have an unlimited water supply, and it is always cool and refreshing. The filter works great, gets out everything above 1 micron, as well as odor and taste. The filter does, however, take up a lot of space in the bottle, so you have to fill up frequently, but its not really a problem. The nozzle snaps down in place to stop flow and prevent leaks, and snaps up to allow the stream to flow out. Overall, I think that this is a great product, and would recommend it to anyone. It is slightly more expensive than other filters, but take a look at the filter itself and you will see why.......its probably not a good idea to cheap out on your water!
