Summary:
You can't go wrong using anything by PUR. I was snow bound with my buddy during November in Yellowstone. We were up along the continental divide and had to drink spring and river water. Never got sick once. Never tasted any impurities. My buddy is a semi-hypochondriac and he trusted the filter 100%. Lightweight and can take some banging around abuse. In long beach, ca the hood water is terrible but the PUR filter on my sink is like drinking from a natural spring. Trust me, its dope.

Customer Service:
They always respect a return. Even when the product has been used

Camelback hydration systems are decent but the nylon packs always seem to tear on me along the seams when I mountain bike.

Summary:
I used this water purifier system when I travelled to the more remote mountains in central Mexico. I only used it a few times but I found it very handy. It's light weight, compact and easily fits in a fanny pack. This system was highly recommended from the local Outdoor Store for is ease of use in International Travel. The price($35.00 Cdn.), size and ease of use was right.

Customer Service:
No need, it worked fine

Summary:
We have been retailing this product for several years for international travel use and it is great. Easy, light and discreet. Fits in bottle holsters and cages. Most effective purifier around. Uses the same iodinated resin as the SweetWater Guardian Plus which is the best pump purifier available for the $.

Customer service at PentaPure is great. They stand behind what they make.
