Skier Summary:
Bought these new because of the price and 3 sets of baskets that came with, thinking that it would be great to have varying size baskets for different conditions. Initially I liked them, but within 2-weeks one of the poles wouldn't unlock. So while I appreciated that it failed in the locked position, it made extending them for trekking harder. Had a set of Black Diamonds before and just bought a second set.. Stick with a pressure lock system.
