Summary:
The best Two-Layer-Boot I ever used. For over 10 years my Koflach Soft Lady accompagnied me at every mountain activities, from ice and glaciers to vie ferrate with equal usability and a level of comfort that was unbelievable. No actual one-layer-boot can compare let alone compete with the quality and easy fit of the Koflachs. I deeply regret, that Koflach gave up on the market for plastic boots.

Customer Service:
None necessary, boot and inner lining boot were that well made to survive together an useful life span of more than 10 years an about 3000km/many 10000 meters altitude.

Similar Products Used:
An attempt with the one layer boot Hanwag Annapurna Lady failed utterly. Fit, comfort and grip did not compare in the least, though the Hanwag was recommended by an reputable mountain magazine here in Europe.
