This Rope is my favorite! I was lucky enough to pick it up at closeout price on REI.com. It is a very soft, easy to work with rope. It glides through feeds and belays and is a pleasure to tie and untie. I have used several other ropes and no other rope I have used performs like this one while being as easy to work with and not so stiff. I have had mine for over a year now and it is still in amazing shape. I treat it well and do my best to reduce wear, drag, and falls on it, this may be why it is wearing so well, but I do think it is a very durable lasting rope for the price.

This rope rocks. I have been an instructor for 2 years and we use New England and maxim ropes in the gym, but outdoors I only use blue water. It may not be the lightest rope out there but it is durible 11 fall and it ties knots really well. Only issue is it will tends to kink if your not good at rope managment.

This is my first rope and it works really well for this purpose. Not too stiff and plenty of elongation, I never worry about falling on it. The only problem is the sheath wears quite a bit when climbing 2-3 days a week. Its supposed to last 2 or 3 years but after one year it is starting to fray a bit. Also this rope gets dirty and kinky fast, especially when soloing with a clove hitch. Great for a first rope but requires some maintenance.

The Accelerator is my favorite rope. It has a low impact force combined with much lower static elongation than similarly soft ropes. It also handles extremely nicely and wears well.

Good rope. I've used mine extensively for about six months and there is hardly any sign of wear yet, besides from a little fading. I got mine on sale for $112.00. I have a couple of complaints, however. The dry coating wears off way too quick, and the rope sticks very badly through my belay device(HB Sheriff)

Easy to manage and work with, even after ""hang-dogging"" a while. Nice rope, no problems so far. *knock on wood*
