Prijon Eski Kayaks

Prijon Eski Kayaks

DESCRIPTION

The Eski is a graceful, speedy and lightweight high performance touring boat with the classic shape of traditional Eskimo kayaks. Like its ancestors, it is easy to maneuver and quick to respond. Precise in the carve, this boat has an almost mystical combination of acceleration and glide.

I’ve been paddling this boat on Lake Michigan and I must say that it is a dream boat. Super light, super quick and despite its smallish appearance the fit was down right cozy. I’m average size 5’ 11’ 175lbs but I’ve had a difficult time finding a boat that I can paddle for half a day and not feel cramped and slightly banged up. The cockpit on this boat fit like a glove. The seat is nice and low and allows for excellent back support. And man this boat is quick. Every time I looked back I find I’ve left the others in my group WAY behind. This boat will make you feel like a super powered paddling machine. The only knock I would give this little beauty is the single deck pack. A second mesh behind me would be a nice addition.
