This really is the best jacket I have ever owned. It is so versital .... it regulates my tempurature across a variety of conditions and climates...indoors and out. It becomes part of you rain or shine up to about 70 degrees or down to 8 below 0. Have not needed a rain shell yet!!! I've gotten a few friends to buy them too. This is the jacket!

I ordered this jacket directly from ibex and it is awesome. Great fit and features. The wool is super soft and you stay dry. The outside is super tuff. Great quality. So far I am super impressed. I was debating between the serendipity and the neve... I am stoked that the neve turned out so well.. Should last a long time. I bought the alps pants and they rock also. The vests are also rad and they make undies!!

Customer Service

Everyone I spoke to at Ibex was super friendly and patient. Just from the service I am becoming an ibex patron for life and wil definitely buy more of their stuff.

this jacket kicks ass. i have a very slim torso and always find jackets to be too baggy; plus i'm always looking for jackets that are stylish enough (no different-colored side panels, weird technical flourishes) that I can wear them around. this jacket is it! cut well, looks good, while being quite technical. i'm very happy with it.

Customer Service

great. called, they answered all my questions, great return policy.

I love this jacket and this company. This is one of the new soft shell jackets, made with a Schoeller material and wool. It is similar to the Ibex Icefall jacket, but tougher (cordura on the outside) and with pit zips. It is very similar to the Cloudveil Serendipity jacket, but with pit zips and better pockets. It also fits me very well. I am 5'' 10", but a big guy (50 inch chest) and regular length arms. The XL fits well, as do the sleeves. This jacket is bombproof and good across a wide range of conditions. The company claims it will take you down to 15 degrees, but that seems to be pushing it unless you had a midweight undershirt and were moving.

Customer Service

Fantastic. They even exchanged a jacket for me that I bought at REI (REI had run out of the size I needed).
