This waterproof, breathable, technical parka is at home in the backcountry, skiing, boarding, or just on the go in rain or snow. Two-layer Conduit™/nylon laminate fabric with CoolMax® mesh lining offers rugged softness along with excellent moisture transport. Abrasion-prone areas are reinforced with soft, durable Conduit/nylon oxford laminate fabric. Pit zippers with Simplex™ streamlined construction extend from elbow to waist, providing ventilation yet maintaining waterproofness. Ergonomic hood design allows unimpeded peripheral vision and rolls up to form a collar; adjusts with one-handed drawcord. Features articulated sleeves for freedom of movement, fleece-lined chin guard and chest-high pack pockets. Napoleon pocket behind front zipper flap is accessible without opening front zipper; inner water bottle mesh pocket and inner security pocket. Welded powder skirt with gripper elastic, snaps and Velcro® assures secure and snug fit to keep out snow and cold air. Welded waistcord construction enhances long-term durability by lessening amount of material that gathers there to abrade. One-handed drawcords at waist and hem, adjustable elastic cuffs and two-way front zipper. Jacket features updated styling for a more active, trimmer fit.
