Three-layer REI Elements®/nylon laminate fabric is seam-sealed for complete waterproof protection, yet breathes so you stay comfortable. Hood with stiffened bill and back-height adjustment stows into the collar. Elasticized drawcord hem adjusts for more airflow or more protection; elasticized cuffs adjust with hook-and-loop tabs. Double center placket over zipper keeps wind and water out. Collar and chinguard are lined with soft fabric. Comes with it's own stuff sack.
