The North Face Caber Hybrid Thermal Jacket looks to the individual needs of each part of your upper body with a blend of purpose-driven materials. The bulk of the Caber's body is made from HyVent Alpha to give protection against wind and precipitation. Heavier duty oxford HyVent is used in high abrasion areas to make it tough, and Apex softshell under the arms gives you air permeability and breathability where you need it most. Finally, because it's cold up in the mountains, the Caber Thermal is insulated with Primaloft, a continuous fiber insulation that's lower-profile than down and retains the bulk of its heat when wet.
