The Black Diamond Men's Alpine Pants are an excellent, no-frills softshell pant for ice, alpine, mixed climbing, skiing or any other cold weather aerobic activities. Articulated knees and four-way stretch Schoeller Dynamic fabric combine to create a rapid-drying, easy-moving pant ideally suited for action in the backcountry. Water- and wind-resistant Schoeller shields your legs and those other important bits from the elements, but you'll keep a dry, fresh feeling all day long thanks to the breathability of this technical fabric. Durastretch scuff patches on the inner ankles preserve your pants and protect your legs from the abuse dealt by crampons and ski edges; elastic cuffs pull over most boots to keep out the rocks, ice, and snow.
