The best pants for trail running or cycling. Better than every other "wind pants" I have owned. When you consider that a decent pair of typical wind pants cost around $50, at $85 (or even regular price of $125), the Tempest SL are a steal. The face doesn't seem too durable as far as ability to withstand multiple scuffs and scrapes, but that's not what these are made for. Ran in 25 degrees with no long baselayer and was plenty warm. If winter doesn't keep you inside, you need these pants.
