Snowboarder Summary: I bought a pair nearly 2 years ago and I have completely destroyed them. I bought them for my primary running shoe when I was in the military because we often ran on a loose gravel/dirt track. Now, at upwards of 1000mi under their belt, I have finally retired them for a new pair I just ordered. These shoes are very light and flexible for a trail shoe. I like the roomy toebox because I have a foot that's a bit on the wider side. The grip is excellent in dirt and the ride is fairly smooth on the pavement. All in all a great shoe. Thanks Adidas!

Day Hiker Summary: Not a shoe for big guys. I weigh 190 and I destroyed the midsole in about two weeks. I liked how the upper fit, I have low-volume feet, but the sole is too whimpy. Also this shoe has no stability, if you don't need that, then it won't be a problem. This was simply the wrong shoe for me.
If you weigh more than 150 pounde stay away. Similar Products Used: Asics trabuco, NB 80x

Backpacker
, from New Mexico Summary: These are my favourite shoes. I even bought another pair. The Response Trails flex nicely without hurting the arch. The soles provide awsome traction and a medium level cushioning. The shoes are very light and vent very well. I have broken other shoes down in half the time I've used these shoes. In fact, I've used the first pair for over a year and a half and run all over the world. I ran in them last week and they were just as comfortable as they've every been. Day Hiker
, from Arlington,TN Summary: For the record this is a trail-RUNNING shoe. It is a fabulous shoe. I have been running for many years and it is by far one of the most comfortable and enduring shoes that I have ever worn. The 2 features that I like most are the wide open toe box and the forefoot cushioning. I have a problem under my right foot at the ball of the foot. I injured an ankle years ago that apparently tore some tissue under the ball of that foot. Consequently after many forefoot impacts that area starts to become tender on each impact. I still have the problem but it has been greatly diminished since wearing this shoe. Very comfortable, but also a solidly built shoe.
