Have purchased the low and mid versions. The mid seems to offer more support.

Backpacker Summary:
They look nice, and at first try on feel great. But after only walking around the neighborhood in them, I already hated the fit.
My socks (standard cotton ankle-hi) kept getting sucked down into the shoe. The tongue feels like it is crumpled and folded.
Perhaps once I get them worn in, they'll feel much better, but it's hard to convince myself to put them on when only minutes later my socks are crumpling inside and feeling very uncomfortable. Customer Service:
