Strength:

The device has quite good features for users to experience. A feature that users love and use the most is geometry dash bloodbath. It has surprises that no one expected.

Weakness:

Durability and cost still need to be considered

Strength:

I had this board for five days - for the first day I hated it, it just didn't work for me. I widened the stance that night and it felt a little better. It grew on me but it still isn't my magic board. I like a tough workhorse and it seemed a bit too much like a pretty little sports car. Gainesville mobile diesel mechanic

Continuing problems with this treadmill. Belt frays and slips constantly. Foot board plastic cover detached had to be replaced. Belt replaced. The height adjustment failed and then sparks shot out of the circuit board treadmill died. Totally unreliable. Avoid Healthrider soft belted models at all costs. The worst purchase of my life.

Customer Service

The will send out parts but that does'nt solve the problem.

Our treadmill is one year old. Every three months with low to regular use, the walkmat has had to be replaced due to fraying and seams unravelling. One person suggest "treating" their pad every six months, I can't imagine a mat designed such as this lasting 6 mos.! It immediately starts to unravel with usage 4 times a week! After the 4th mat, the company has finally admitted to design flaw. We have a fifth and newly designed walkmat on order. It should arrive in 3 weeks. Hopefully this will resolve the problem. I expected more. I did my homework using consumer reports...I never expected such a shoddy design in a walkmat. Should they ever resolve this, the machine would be great.

Customer Service

C.S. has been friendly, but not overly helpful, admitting today to a design flaw, but not notifying us of such, simply waiting until we called again.

Purchased December 2001. Have had to call to replace carpet belt 3 times in one year! Manufacture says there was a design flaw. The edge binding unravels. Were previously told a replacement we received was redesigned but same thing happended. It's that time again, today manufactur says yet again there is a new design with better stitching. Very disappointing given the cost of the machine. Customer service has been cooperative and apologetic but I could not recommend this product.

Purhcased December 2001. Have had to replace belt 3 times in one year! Manufacturer claims there is a design flaw in carpet belt -- edge binding unravels. We were previously told there was a redesigned belt but replaced with that and same problem occured. Spoke with them today and they say there is yet another design with better stitching, will try again. Machine works great so long as belt is not unraveling. Couldn't recommend to anyone else. Customer Service has been pretty cooperative, very apologetic. Seem to realize they have a problem here and it's not just us.

Worked great at first then the belt started slipping. Belt slips all the time. None of the troubleshooting procedures work. Customer service ok, but I think this is a problem with this treadmill. Piece of garbage because of belt. Get one with regular belt. Don't waste your money on one with soft belt.

I _love_ this machine. Top of the line Healthrider, which Consumer Reports gave its top rating recently. I tried them all and this one rocks. I''ve had it for six months now and no problems at all. Smooth, folds up, wheels to move, heart rate monitor, weights, great motor, great set of programmed workouts (and can hook up to net for more).

Customer Service

Customer Service has been very responsive.

My Carpeted Belt is is wonderful condition 2 years later. Every 6 months I made sure to use the belt treatment conditioner so the belt didn''t dry out unlike other people.

The performance of my treadmill was fine - sturdy frame, good folding mechanism, all features I need. BUT...now, 19 months after owning this treadmill, I must either
A.) get rid of it, or
B.) shell out 50% of the purchase price ($250) for a new walking belt.
That's right, after less than two years, the belt is disintegrating, has lumps all over, and is covering the workout area with foam rubber after every use. If you must use their products, get one with a regular belt.

Customer Service

The manufacturer has been completely unresponsive on their website (their forums don't work, nor do they respond to email), and inflexible on this issue over the phone.
