Dynastar Legend 8800 All Mountain

Dynastar Legend 8800 All Mountain

DESCRIPTION

The torsionally stiff dynamics of the 8800 will straightline steeps or roll quickly from edge to edge on corduroy. A respectable sidecut lets you turn the 8800 quickly in the trees, whether slicing through perfect corn or hit a mine field of bumps. It offers a broader range of lengths and a more forgiving flex than its big brother, the Legend Pro Rider.

Tried them the day before I took my Level 1 PSIA test and they worked well. Day of the test things were turning to bad crud and wet (almost slush) and heavy snow, made the decision to use them and didn't regret it. A very forgiving ski that works well in poor skiing conditions. Of the four pair I own these are the ones I go for when things get marginal.

great go-fast ski for anywhere....really cooks through groomers and very stable but does a nice job in bumps too. Crud, ice no problem whatsoever. Haven't tried in woods yet. A little on the expensive side but if you can spluerge, go for it.
