Skier Summary:
These boots are very comfortable and supportive. Last year I wore rentals (first time skier) and paid the price, but these boots fit the bill. Easy on and off, comfortable (as much as ski boots can be) and adjustable to your foot. Customer Service:
Ordered the boots online and they were too big, was able to drive to an outlet nearby to return them and reorder online.
