Summary:
This is my favorite all mountain ski. I am a ski instructor and freestyler at Lost Trail. I have demoed a lot of skis and skied a lot of skis as well. Great in powder, groomers, pretty good in the zipper lines, for chutes and cliffs they are a little stiff but it isn't noticed much. On the flat are a very fast ski.

Summary:
A real bargain for the skier who likes to push a ski. A top of the line World Class ski at a big savings over the so called Big Names out there. Responsive, Stable and wanting to turn it up anytime you choose. Not a ski for the timid. Ski perfomred well in powder, groomed, and ice as well as holding extremely well in steeps.

Having skiied for 31 years and taught for the last 21 with PSIA member ski schools I have probably skied as many different types of skis as anyone. Similar ski would the Atomic Beta Carve although The Javelin is preferred.

Summary:
I was a little nervous buying as I did not know the Hart ski line very well. However, when I skied it against other skis , I found it to be one of my top 3. I found this ski to perform similar to the Atomic's but at a better price. Atomic's were pretty hot last year which drove the price up. I still thought the Atomic's were a better ski but I did not think it was worth the price difference some places were asking.

Summary:
These are great all around skis. You can ski them real fast. If I really push them I can get them to chatter, but if you want a ski just to go super sonic get the Free Species. The Javelin rock for all mountain use and carving. You can lay these over as far as anything I've ever tried. I use them in the park and other than being a little shakey on landings they work well. I can rarly get more than a season out of a ski before trashing it. I used these skis all last season and I'm going to go one more before I replace them. (a first for me) All in all if your looking for a sweet ski that can carve hard enough to make you black out, and still let's you go fast this is your ski.
I'm only giving them a four for performance because there is no such thing as a perfect ski.
