Summary: Head to head compaired with my friend's new Oakley A-frame, After one day's stormy ride, his goggle got all fogged up and my Spy showed no sign of fog at all. Very good looking design and nice material, lens are bright and bring good contrast. It's definately the best I've ever used, but exceed even all my expectations.
Customer Service: don't know

Summary: Overall, a good pair of goggles. Decided to get these after using my sunglasses unsuccessfully in a snow storm. Be careful when wiping the inside lens--Although they say it's unscratchable when dry, they scratch EASILY, and during a wiping of the innard lense, a little smear is visible when held up to the light. I couldn't get it off and it's still there. Next time, when there's a smear on the inside, rinse the goggle, and the smear might go away (the water doesn't remain on the lense), and if you really have to wipe the inside lens, use camera lense microfiber cloth and gently wipe in a circle. The outside lens is very durable (no anti fog coating), and doesn't scratch, even from wiping ice off with my gloves.
The lenses are very clear, though require special care. Fits well. Doesn't fog at all.

Summary: Due to this website, I decided to purchase these goggles instead of all the others out there. These have been nothing less than a joy to use on my last 3 ski trips. They NEVER fog up & always give me a good seal around my face. I have NO regrets purchasing these even though they weren't the cheapest I think they are the best!!
