Strength:

Everything working great so far. Mine are pure white so they look dope. Simple, reliable, strong.

Weakness:

Haven't had any yet, doubt that I will from reading other reviews.

Brand new 2002 bindings off Ebay. Total came to $49 us ($63 cdn) after shipping and all. Great deal. The 2004 models are $200 cdn in stores. Even though these are Ride's entry level binding, they are still a very quality product.

The preston is a great binding all-round, I've used it for years and am a great fan. They're affordable and anything by ride usually gives a great performance.

This is an extremely well made binding, especially for its price tag. Like the other comments, I did have some trouble releasing the binding at the chair lift sometimes when I first got it. But once you figure out how it works, it is much less of a problem. And overall, I'd consider it a non-issue. This binding, despite what another review claims, has NEVER come loose on me. Not once. I don't see how it could if you put it on correctly, either. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a sturdy conventional binding that won't break the bank.

Strength:

Great binding for the price. Good for anyone starting out or learning

Weakness:

no toe ramp, straps hard to release

Pretty good bindings for the pirce. I dont know what all this crap about loosening during the ride is about. Have these people ever looked at the ratchet/release setup, how could the bindings loosen, comeon, think a little. Anybody who is just starting out or still learning the basics this binding is a good idea. Not too much money but better than anything else nout there for the price. I rode em for one season straight and had no real trouble with em, jst a little hard to release so i just used some skiers pole to help me out whenever i needed.

Strength:

Colors, looks, and cost.

Weakness:

Loosen during the ride

These bindings are very good for the money. They only cost sround $100 bucks. They look good, feel good, and keep your feet strapped to the board pretty well. They can be hard to undo, but you have to screw around with them a little and you will get the hang of it.

These are OK bindings for the money. The look and feel is great. I have a couple of complaints though: the buckles are really dificuilt to undo when you need to, yet they easily loosen themselves during the ride. Well, may be I am just spoiled by the Drakes F-50 ;)
