ease of use, locked in every time ( had to clear snow abit from binding) gr8 feedback and control ....feels like it aint never going to go wrong

I think the Missions are quite strong.I push my gear to extremes.Three successive pairs of the SI boots have all formed gradual cracks in the boot-binding interface-resulting in some more free boot upgrades(-big ups to Burton NZ!); but what that means is that you can trust these BINDINGS not to break. The are very easy to get in/out of (and a lot more dignified than straps!) in most conditions.

Can be a bit tricky to get into manually in deep powder on on steep gradients. A bit on the heavy side-but not too bad. They are perhaps a bit TOO adjustable, the screws have a tendency to lossen during the day-so keep an eye on those.

A good step-in, mabey the best one, good for icy conditions or shallow pow, a bit tricky to get into in deep pow. Found that spraying 'em w/ silicone or coverin them w/ a layer of dubbin every day prevents the icing up/snow clogging problem-that's the secret!

A boot-to-board connection that absolutely rivals the old strap-on technology (I am NOT kidding). If it's not working for you, you're not adjusted right or something!! Very light for a step-in system (including boot).

Takes some practice, not immediately user-friendly.

Excellent concept and future-minded technological application. Burton has once again assured its place in the future of snowboarding.

I like the response I get from them. They are also very durable. I've put them under a ton of stress, and they've held up. They're a couple years old, but still are better than any newer ones i've seen.

I have none... I love this things.

I really like these bindings. They used to be my best friend's, but I found myself using them every chance that I could. Eventually, he bought a little bit newer ones, so i bought these off of him.

I've always used step-in's. I used to have some Custom SI's. I regret selling those.

The only GOOD step-in on the market.this s*** really works.

All the hype about step-in systems really sucking.Not true for this SI.

The 2002 Mission step-in is as tough as any convential binding iv'e ever seen.It will take all that you can through at it and still out perform most bindings.While your buddies are getting there asses soaked you will be locked in and already carving up the slope and mastering all the kickers.This is the only step-in binding I would recomend to buy with confidence.

high back support is great easy to get into on a good day

baseplate is plastic, no forward support

this is like any step in that you will buy the baseplate and the side clickers get ice in them making it almost impossible to click in unless u chip away the ice after every 5 runs
