Price Paid:  $229.00 at Second season sports

Summary:
Well lets see, I am a first year skier and was tired of worn out rental equitment so I bought a slightly used pair of ski cross 7's. I noticed an immediete improvement in my skiing. I got them in 170cm and wish I would have been able to get them a little longer. they chatter a little at eye water speeds but turn well no matter how fast I decide to go. I wouldn't recommend them for powder days as they aren't quiet wide enough in the waists to get good float (I tried them on a day when we got 28 inches overnight) A lot of fun to cruise on and great for rippen up groomers

Price Paid:  $449.00 at Kennebec Bike & Ski

Summary:
I got this ski with the Look Pivot 10 lifter bindings. I also got a pair of Nordica GTS 8 boots earlier in the year from Kennebec Bike & Ski for a great deal. I am an intermediate skier who had not hit the mountains in 7 or 8 years. Well this combination works very well for me. I was able to carve turns in the ungroomed powder we received the evening I used them as well at the exposed hard pack we encountered in some places as well. I would definitely recommend this setup to anyone. These skis have gotten me addicted to alpine skiing all over again!!!

Customer Service:
The customer service at Kennebec Bike & Ski was second to none. Stephen is very knowledgeable about all of the products he carries and helped me to determine the best performance fit for me at my budget level. I found the products at their online sales division of their retail store; http://www.BikeSkiDeals.com They even have a toll free # 1-866-WOW-SKI6
