Summary:
I rented these in Snowbird. In the morning I skied Atomic 11.20's and then moved onto these Escape 5500's. I found that these were really dead feeling by comparison and more difficult for turn initiation. I'm a huge K2 fan. Fav ski last year was the Mod 7/8 but this was a big disappontment. I'm not a great skier and the 11.20's were real over kill for my abilities but they were much easier to ski.
